Responsibilities
- Engage with Insurance account teams to identify and support pursuit efforts for highly complex life and annuity needs/opportunities
- Provide thought and execution leadership for development of specialized capabilities/service offerings/solutions within Insurance and Business consulting organizations.
- Stay current on state/national issues and regulations, industry activity and trends and provide Insurance leadership updates and insights on impact to clients and delivery of services.
- Participate in industry trade groups.
- Mentor and guide less experienced subject matter experts in the life and annuities space and support the development/delivery of domain related training programs
- Actively participate and consult on select large, complex, transformational projects for life and annuities, with a focus on Life Policy Admin systems initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interact with ‘C’-level executives and business partners
- Advanced knowledge of insurance principles, practices and procedures
- Thorough understanding of the life & annuity application systems marketplace and the key providers and product capabilities

Responsible for managing business development objectives within key clients within the Healthcare vertical. Demonstrated ability to perform technical program and project management of geographically disbursed teams using established criteria and professional standards. Work with architecture teams to deliver full life cycle technical solutions. Must be able to manage teams of 20-30 consultants in addition to international projects. Experience with on-site/offshore model is strongly desired.
