Requirements

Responsible for managing business development objectives within key clients within the Healthcare vertical. Demonstrated ability to perform technical program and project management of geographically disbursed teams using established criteria and professional standards. Work with architecture teams to deliver full life cycle technical solutions. Must be able to manage teams of 20-30 consultants in addition to international projects. Experience with on-site/offshore model is strongly desired.

7+ years experience with 3-5 managing in a development environment. Excellent communicator and be able to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and in client organizations. Able to multitask with rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; detail-oriented and manage and maintain all facets of complex assignments; problem solver and be able to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications. Must demonstrates flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries and technical and non-technical audiences.

Should possess SDLC experience with requirements analysis, development and testing of software with enterprise and e-commerce technologies. Demonstrated ability in developing and building client relationships. Ability to handle tough situations and achieve a favorable outcome. Set and manage expectations and manage client and internal resource constraints effectively. Budgeting/P &L. Manage $3-5 million project budgets. Experience in managing domestic and offshore teams with favorable results. Travel is required and should possess a BS/BA degree.

The majority of their clients are large organizations, and as a result, an understanding of how organizations like these work, and how they purchase products and services is important.

Responsibilities include generating leads, cold calling, identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities within the Transportation and Logistics arena. You will perform sales and technical discussions with potential clients, presentations and preparation of proposals documents in order to increase revenue for the company.

Our client is a worldwide leading information technology company which provides business consulting, information technology, business process outsourcing, infrastructure and engineering services. Their specific industry expertise includes banking, financial services and insurance; manufacturing; retail and distribution, and telecom. With over $3 billion in annual revenue and 85,000+ employees they are one of the largest providers of BPO and IT Services in the world. 

  • Potential candidate shall be a pure hunter and shall have excellent track record of sales ranging between 7-12 years in solutions selling.  
  • Potential candidate shall be an individual contributor and shall have C -level executive contacts. 
  • Potential candidate shall have 5-10 years of domain expertise in Transportation and Logistics.  
  • Previous quota responsibility of $20-50 million (US Dollars).
  • Prior experience selling for Big4 Consultancy or Leading System Integrator.

You will be the one responsible for establishing and managing client relationships with key decision makers. You’ll establish and build trust and leverage client context by understanding your client’s overall business goals.
