Principle Consulting Partner – IT Solutions to Banking / Financial Services 

Responsible for rapid business expansion within the Banking and Financial Services Business Unit. 

Responsibilities include growing a select client cluster with clearly established top line and bottom line targets. As the Consulting Partner you will need to sell new service offerings to the client in order to achieve this. You will be required to have deep domain knowledge while understanding the company’s methodology, delivery process as well as the details of the company’s service offerings. 

You will be required to work in cross-functional teams which may include: Solutions Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives. You must be able to establish and build “trust” and leverage client context by understanding client’s overall business goals. Be able to position our client as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues to implement IT solutions. 

Must Have: 

Have a deep understanding of the Financial Services arena including Retail Banking and Capital Markets
Be a natural leader who can inspire confidence in his/her team, develop and motivate teams and lead by example
Trusted advisor to C-level suite
Have deep executive connections in the Banking industry
Have a strong track record of successfully selling strategic consulting and solution based services to the respective business units
Have successfully grown a business segment or a practice and demonstrated continued growth
Able to engage with and develop lasting relationships with senior business leadership in client organizations

We are seeking Senior Sales Executive to sell Outsourced IT Solutions to Capital Markets entities in the Northeast.  The majority of their clients are large organizations, and as a result, an understanding of how organizations like these work, and how they purchase products and services is important.

Our client is a leading independent Research and Development Services provider which offers strategic Business and Information Technology Services to its Fortune 1000 clients across a wide array of industries.  With over $4 billion in annual revenue and 70,000+ employees they are one of the largest providers of outsourced R&D, BPO and IT Services in the world. 

Responsibilities include generating leads, cold calling, identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities. You will perform sales and technical discussions with potential clients, presentations and preparation of proposals documents in order to increase revenue for the company.

Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience selling Outsourced Technology Solutions.
  • Proven and consistent track record producing revenues of over $3 million annually.
  • Must be able to deliver excellent presentations and have local business contacts and references.
  • Experience in business evaluations, gathering and analyzing corporate and market information.
  • Must have strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
  • Strong technical understanding with experience in or familiarity with current technologies is necessary.
  • Experience selling offshore IT solutions into the Capital Markets industry. 

Regional travel is required and should possess a BS/BA Degree.
