Requirements
Responsible for managing business development objectives within key clients within the Healthcare vertical. Demonstrated ability to perform technical program and project management of geographically disbursed teams using established criteria and professional standards. Work with architecture teams to deliver full life cycle technical solutions. Must be able to manage teams of 20-30 consultants in addition to international projects. Principle Consulting Partner – IT Solutions to Life / P&C Insurance
Responsible for rapid business expansion within the Insurance Business Unit.
Responsibilities include growing a select client cluster with clearly established top line and bottom line targets. As the Consulting Partner you will need to sell new service offerings to the client in order to achieve this. You will be required to have deep domain knowledge while understanding the company’s methodology, delivery process as well as the details of the company’s service offerings.
You will be required to work in cross-functional teams which may include: Solutions Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives. You must be able to establish and build “trust” and leverage client context by understanding client’s overall business goals. Be able to position our client as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues to implement IT solutions.
Must Have:
Have a deep understanding of the Life and/or P&C Insurance arena with a specialty in Claims technology solutions
Have a very good appreciation of Insurance technology
Be a natural leader who can inspire confidence in his/her team, develop and motivate teams and lead by example
Trusted advisor to C-level suite
Have deep executive connections in the Insurance industry
Have a strong track record of successfully selling strategic consulting and solution based services to the respective business units
Have successfully grown a business segment or a practice and demonstrated continued growth
Able to engage with and develop lasting relationships with senior business leadership in client organizations
