Essential Duties:

  • Lead multiple project initiatives from proposal/inception through implementation and maintenance.
  • Manage estimation, proposal and negotiation processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage, mentor and train Project Managers.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication within the global project teams.
  • Oversee on-going project management, resource allocation and project staffing.
  • Develop and nurture strong client relationships at the EVP, CEO and CIO levels.
  • Educate and advise clients on industry trends and technologies involving Insurance Claims.
  • Attain trusted advisor status to clients.
  • Responsible for budgets, financial reports and billing approval.
  • Generate and lead new business initiatives within existing client base.  

Required Experience:

  • BS degree required, advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 + years related experience as a corporate Consulting Manager or Program Manager.
  • Extensive program and/or project management experience required.
  • Demonstrated success building and leading large, distributed consulting or development teams of 100+ members.
  • Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and management capabilities.
  • Must be detail oriented, with exceptional estimation and organizational skills.
  • Emerging technology and process framework experience required.

You’ll have to clearly demonstrate that you understand company methodology, delivery process, and the details of the company’s service offerings. If you make the grade, you’ll collaborate with Solutions Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to achieve mutual goals. You will be the one responsible for establishing and managing client relationships with key decision makers. You’ll establish and build trust by understanding your client’s overall business goals. You’ll be able to position the company as a Strategic Information Technology partner and identify avenues for the company to implement Information Technology solutions. If you show you can take responsibility for overall accounts to include work quality and customer satisfaction, you will manage Account and Project Management teams to achieve client goals.
