Responsibilities
- Engage with Insurance account teams to identify and support pursuit efforts for highly complex life and annuity needs/opportunities
- Provide thought and execution leadership for development of specialized capabilities/service offerings/solutions within Insurance and Business consulting organizations.
- Stay current on state/national issues and regulations, industry activity and trends and provide Insurance leadership updates and insights on impact to clients and delivery of services.
- Participate in industry trade groups.
- Mentor and guide less experienced subject matter experts in the life and annuities space and support the development/delivery of domain related training programs
- Actively participate and consult on select large, complex, transformational projects for life and annuities, with a focus on Life Policy Admin systems initiatives.
- Engage and provide strategic and operational advice to senior industry business and IT executives
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to effectively interact with ‘C’-level executives and business partners
- Advanced knowledge of insurance principles, practices and procedures
- Thorough understanding of the life & annuity application systems marketplace and the key providers and product capabilities
- Thorough understanding of the life & annuity marketplace; able to identify and communicate key strategic business issues and industry/best practice reaction to those issues
- Demonstrable working knowledge of the entire life & annuity product life cycles, from product development & actuarial through claims
- Hands on experience (in both a leadership and SME capacity) in major life & annuity applications systems implementation programs
- Deep experience with Life Policy Administration systems implementations and detailed knowledge of leading policy admin vendor solutions, including Oracle’s Admin Server
Education & Experience
- Professional consulting delivery experience to the Life & Annuities industry
- Minimum eight to ten years working in/supporting life & annuities businesses
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. Professional degree and life & annuity industry designations highly desired
- Life insurance and annuity business subject matter expert with strong, demonstrated technical know-how thorough understanding of the life & annuity application systems marketplace understanding of the life & annuity business marketplace and working knowledge of the life & annuity product life cycle (product development actuarial through claims)
- Consulting delivery experience in the life & annuity business, with experience and comfort working with upper management

Compensation – $150,oo0 – 175,000 base plus bonus/benefits
Responsibilities include growing a select client cluster with clearly established top line and bottom line targets. As the Consulting Partner you will need to sell new service offerings to the client in order to achieve this. You will be required to have deep domain knowledge while understanding the company’s methodology, delivery process as well as the details of the company’s service offerings.

Responsibilities:
