Responsible for rapid business expansion within the Media & Entertainment Business Unit. 

Responsibilities include growing a select client cluster with clearly established top line and bottom line targets. As the Consulting Partner you will need to sell new service offerings to the client in order to achieve this. You will be required to have deep domain knowledge while understanding the company’s methodology, delivery process as well as the details of the company’s service offerings. 

You will be required to work in cross-functional teams which may include: Solutions Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Sales Executives. You must be able to establish and build “trust” and leverage client context by understanding client’s overall business goals. Be able to position our client as a Strategic IT partner and identify avenues to implement IT solutions. 

Must Have: 

Have a deep understanding of the Media & Entertainment arena which includes publishing (print to digital), communications, media asset management and convergence between media and telecom
Have a very good appreciation of publishing and media technology
Be a natural leader who can inspire confidence in his/her team, develop and motivate teams and lead by example
Trusted advisor to C-level suite
Have deep executive connections in the Media & Entertainment industry
Have a strong track record of successfully selling strategic consulting and solution based services to the respective business units
Have successfully grown a business segment or a practice and demonstrated continued growth
Able to engage with and develop lasting relationships with senior business leadership in client organizations

In our synergized team environment, we build long-term relationships by thoroughly understanding the specific needs of both our clients and applicants.  For this particular client we are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to sell into the Media and Entertainment space in the Northeast. 

The Challenge:

  • Identifying, qualifying and securing business opportunities.
  • Performing sales and technical discussions with potential clients
  • Preparing and presenting proposal documents in order to increase revenue for the company. 
  • Your target clients will be Fortune 1000 firms in the Media Publications and Entertainment space.  

Your previous successes

  • 5-15 years of experience selling IT services.
  • Proven and consistent track record producing revenues of 3 to 5 million selling Outsourced-IT Consulting Solutions in the Media, Publishing and Entertainment arena.
  • History of delivering excellent presentations. 
  • Experience in business evaluations, gathering and analyzing corporate and market information.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
  • Strong technical understanding with experience in or familiarity with current technologies. 
  • Travel is required
  • You should possess a BS/BA Degree.
