The Business Relationship manager works out of San Jose, California and must have a committed focus on client relationship management especially to build and maintain consultative business relationships with C- level executives within the client organization. The individual will be responsible to accelerate the account’s business vision and deliver exemplary customer service and revenue growth. He must be able to independently negotiate and manage contract terms and must be able to discover, pursue and close opportunities to enable further account penetration. Individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the current client base.
Responsibilities:
- Account Relationship Management
- Driving Business Growth and Targets
- Drive thought leadership and provide business advisory/consultancy to the client
- Thorough understanding of industry trends, how it impacts the client’ business, competitive environment
- Build and Maintain detailed business account plans for respective client portfolios
- Work with Technology Enablement teams and center of excellences to architect appropriate solutions to the client organization
- Conduct Quarterly Business reviews with the customer executives
Qualifications:
- Past experience managing relationships with a Telecom customer delivering ITO Services
- Experience in Managing Client Relationship at CXO Level
- Business Development
- Sales and Operations
- Program Management
- Ability to work with Cross cultural and matrix teams to drive customer satisfaction
- Strong Technology Background (Software, Data Center, Storage etc)
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills with Clockspeed (Quick and Intelligent decision maker)
- Result-driven-environment experience
- Proven conflict resolution experience
