Field Marketing Manager – IT Services to Financial Services
Requirement: Senior Manager, Marketing reporting to the Head of Field Marketing. Focus will be on supporting Banking and Financial Services Business Unit to drive new logo sales. This person will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop marketing campaigns and deliverables.
This individual will have a high-level understanding the key business processes, business drivers, roles/responsibilities of decision makers and influencers, common issues and obstacles faced in Banking and Financial Services, as well as the regulatory requirements and other distinctive industry attributes. Maintain industry expertise with relevant secondary research, implementation of primary research, participation at industry events and customer meetings.
Must have:
- Deep business domain knowledge of BFS in one of these areas (retail banking, asset management, wealth management, Capital markets)
- Demonstrated program management skills executing comprehensive marketing programs
- Ability to help develop sales campaigns, thought leadership and lead generation for new business development
- Excellent communication(written and verbal), interpersonal, decision-making , presentation and organizational skills
- Experience working with Sales Management in a solution selling environment
- Client-centric orientation and ability to align marketing efforts and to customer needs
- Expert in demand-generated Push Campaigns
- MBA Marketing or equivalent industry experience
Preferred Background:
- Experience with Onshore/offshore delivery model
- Development of web content, marketing collateral and deliverables to increase industry awareness working with marketing communications team
- Former employment with a Global Consulting Services Company (Big 4)
- Industry recognition as a FSI “thought leader” to include published articles
