For this particular client we are seeking an experienced Program Manager or Senior Consultant with deep experience in the Insurance Claims arena. Ideal candidates will have the ability to meet with a Claims Business and/or Technology leaders, and be able to demonstrate value added technology and business solutions. Such a person could also be a lead advisor to the Claims Roadmap efforts for our client’s Key Accounts. This opportunity requires excellent client facing presentation skills.

Essential Duties:
- Lead multiple project initiatives from proposal/inception through implementation and maintenance.
- Manage estimation, proposal and negotiation processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and exceed client expectations.
- Manage, mentor and train Project Managers.
- Ensure effective and timely communication within the global project teams.
- Oversee on-going project management, resource allocation and project staffing.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships at the EVP, CEO and CIO levels.
- Educate and advise clients on industry trends and technologies involving Insurance Claims.
- Attain trusted advisor status to clients.
- Responsible for budgets, financial reports and billing approval.
- Generate and lead new business initiatives within existing client base.
Required Experience:
- BS degree required, advanced degree preferred.
- 10 + years related experience as a corporate Consulting Manager or Program Manager.
- Extensive program and/or project management experience required.
- Demonstrated success building and leading large, distributed consulting or development teams of 100+ members.
- Excellent client-facing, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership and management capabilities.
- Must be detail oriented, with exceptional estimation and organizational skills.
- Emerging technology and process framework experience required.
- Technology or consulting background required.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Insurance Claims
Compensation – $125,000 – 150,000 Base +Bonus and Full-Time Benefits
Location – Tri-State NY/NJ/CT
