Here is the Opportunity:

This is a leadership position in infrastructure and service management consulting in the Organization.  This position will lead the consulting organization in indentified geographies and include the following responsibilities

Responsibilities
* Build the consulting organization as a premier consulting group in the area of infrastructure and service management
* Be recognized as a industry leader and showcase deep skills in the areas of infrastructure and operations consulting.
* Monitor and manage the consulting assignments being performed in the assigned geography.
* Manage and mentor the team of consultants to produce high value for our clients.
* Support the Sales team and the firm’s business development community in generating business for the group.
* Be responsible for the top line, bottom line and customer satisfaction for the assigned geography.

Your Achievments to Date:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background as follows:
* 10 plus years experience working within the intersection of the infrastructure / service management field and the business environment with at least the most recent five years focused on infrastructure and service management related markets, management practices, methods, technologies, techniques, and other process-related aspects.
* In-depth awareness of the IT Infrastructure.
* In-depth awareness of Service management best practices and trends.
* Hands-on experience and or certification with ITIL, Six Sigma, Lean, or related methodologies is highly desirable. Industry experience in a Line of Business capacity (internal consultant, staff member, etc.) is desirable.
* Bachelor’s degree in related field; MBA or MS in a technical subject preferred
* Significant applicable experience with Infrastructure or Service Manager to be accepted by clients as an expert or “guru”. The relevant process-centric knowledge needed entails a deep understanding of the technology as well as the industry and the market of IT solutions, vendors, products, methods, and management/user strategies.
* Strong communicator who is able to explain complex concepts both concisely and simply
* Strong written English language speaking and writing skills
* Strong stage presence
* Capability for moderate to high volumes of domestic and international travel as required by conferences, sales support and client engagements
* Credibility to represent firm’s methodology and strategies effectively at a senior level
* M.B.A. or Master’s in a relevant discipline from a top university strongly preferred
* Experience in leading services outsourcing decisions and implementation highly desirable.

Location / Travel:
* Extensive travel (domestic or international) may be required.
* Our Client offers flexible work locations, in most cases with proximity to major offices in New York, New Jersey, Boston, Washington DC, Chicago, Dallas, Seattle, and Mountain View.

Compensation:
$160,000 – 200,000 base with Bonus. OTE $200,000 – 250,000
