it_infratstructureBluespeed is looking for Practice Managers to be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within a region and across verticals for an established Infrastructure Services business unit. Job entails working with a set of Enterprise business managers in a cross-functional manner to achieve Order Booking and Revenue targets. Position will report to Regional Director. 

Prior Successes include: 

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Services/IT Consulting Sales and/or Delivery.

• Good understanding of IT Operations in one or more of Datacenter Services & Operations, End-User computing, Telecom, or Enterprise Service Management.

• Familiarity with Managed Services and/or RIM (Remote Infrastructure Management) • Good understanding of the Onsite/Offshore Delivery Model.

• Strong customer interface skills – communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings.

• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode.

 

Desired Experience – one or more of the following: 

• Good understanding or familiarity with the ITIL framework.

• Technical Pre-sales and/or target based selling experience.

• Program management or project management expertise.

• Solid delivery experience on any platform.

 

High Level Role Description: 

• Qualify Leads and Create appropriate funnel for Infrastructure Services existing & new accounts in the region.

• Participate in Pre-Sales discussions/presentations for Infrastructure Services Selling.

• First Level Solution creation in Infrastructure Services related meetings with customers and prospects.

• Provide appropriate and customized value propositions.

Negotiate/Close in the sales cycle.

Compensation – 140 – 170k Base plus bonus OTE > 200k uncaped
